A 14 years old girl was brought to accident and emergency department for collapse in the sports events. She has no significant past medical history. Her parents and siblings are fine.
On examination, she is appropriate for her age (regarding weight and height). Her general examination was normal except for low volume pulses. Pulses are equal in all four limbs. On systemic examination, she has a 4/6 systolic murmur best heard on right 2 ICS. which is radiating to neck.
Most likely diagnosis is :--
A. VSD
B. ASD
C. PDA
D. Coartation of aorta
