Question -- A 16 year old girl, named Arya has amenorrhea. She also lost 14 Kgs in last 7 months. She has history of constipation with no history of vomiting and diarrhoea. She feel that she has no illness and fit and healthy. On physical examination she has bradycardia with pulse rate of 46/minute, low blood pressure, dry skin and callous on dorsum of hand. On lab examination she has hematocrit of 27, low platelet and potassium of 3.2mEq/L. However, ESR is normal and blood film does not show any abnormal cells. The most likely diagnosis is ----
