Examination
We should start by focusing on three circles
1. Surroundings- observe and give attention to everything around the child.like tubes,
lines, tablets inhalers etc.
2. Peripheral -- unless examiner instruct specifically, start in all cases by examination of hands- arms - head and face-- mouth-- neck--. Of exposure is appropriate then look at trunk and back-- pelvis -- leg and sole. Take permission. Cover examined area after each step.
3. Central -- System to be examined
